Return Policy

Taitanicom Computers will gladly refund or credit goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 3 days), provided the goods are in original condition, original packaging, current version, and are not a special order, hardware, peripheral, or clearance item.

If these conditions are not met, we will make our best effort to arrange an exchange with the manufacturer or accept the goods back for resale.

The return period for defective products due to manufacturing defects is strictly 24 hours from the date of sale.

For clients outside Nairobi, please contact Taitanicom Computers to facilitate the return process.

No returns will be accepted on products sold or delivered as sealed. Manufacturer warranty applies.

A credit note for the full purchase price may be issued if returns are made within 48 hours, provided the goods are in their original packaging, including all manuals and software, and are in a resalable condition.

Credit notes may still be issued for goods returned after 48 hours from the date of purchase but within five (5) days.

All returned goods must be correctly packaged, specifically in the packaging in which they were received, with all outer boxes and inner packaging intact. Goods that are not correctly packaged will attract a minimum handling charge of 15%.

Original invoices must be presented with all returns.

No credit will be issued for returns made more than 3 days after the purchase.
